Overview

DugoutComm is a one-way baseball and softball communication app for playing coach-to-catcher call audio through the iPhone speaker or a selected audio output device. Zeke Digital Solutions is committed to protecting your privacy and keeping app data local whenever possible.

Information We Collect

Zeke Digital Solutions does not create user accounts for DugoutComm and does not collect, store, sell, or transmit personal information from the app to our servers.

DugoutComm may store the following information locally on your device:

• App preferences and settings
• Selected call options, such as pitch, location, and pickoff choices
• Custom voice clips you choose to record in the app
• Local purchase or entitlement state used to show Premium access

This information remains on your device and is not sent to Zeke Digital Solutions.

Microphone and Custom Voice Clips

DugoutComm requests microphone access only if you use the custom voice clip feature. Microphone access is used to record the audio clips you create. Those recordings are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.

You can use the free app without recording custom voice clips. If you do not grant microphone permission, the custom voice recording feature will not be available.

Bluetooth and Audio Output

DugoutComm uses iOS audio routing to play call audio through the iPhone speaker or, for Premium users, supported Bluetooth or external audio output devices. DugoutComm does not collect Bluetooth device identifiers, transmit audio to Zeke Digital Solutions, or use Bluetooth for tracking.

Purchases and Subscriptions

DugoutComm offers Premium access through Apple in-app purchases and subscriptions. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Zeke Digital Solutions does not receive or store your payment card information.

Apple may process information related to your purchase, subscription, refund, and Apple Account according to Apple's own privacy policies and App Store terms. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account settings.

Third Parties, Analytics, and Advertising

Data Retention and Deletion

Because DugoutComm stores app data locally, local settings and custom voice clips remain on your device until you delete them in the app, reset app data where available, or uninstall DugoutComm from your device. Deleting the app removes locally stored app data from that device according to iOS behavior.

Subscription purchase history and billing records are managed by Apple and can be reviewed through your Apple Account.

Children's Privacy

DugoutComm is intended for use by coaches, teams, and other responsible users. Zeke Digital Solutions does not knowingly collect personal information from children through DugoutComm.

Data Security

DugoutComm relies on your device's built-in iOS security features for locally stored settings and voice clips. You are responsible for protecting access to your device with appropriate device security settings.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of DugoutComm following the posting of a revised Privacy Policy means that you accept and agree to the changes.
